HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR READY TO SHIP WIGS?

In stock items ship same day, if ordered before 12pm during business hours.

All other in stock orders placed outside of business hours, will ship next day.

ARE REFUNDS ACCEPTED?

Yes, we offer refunds within 5 days of receiving your wig however, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all refunds that are not due to a mistake on our part.

What are the requirements for a refund?
To qualify, the wig must be unused, unwashed, lace uncut, and in its original condition.

Wigs that have been worn, altered, had the lace cut, or were sold under our “Uniquely Tailord” collection are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
